You can choose from a variety of outdoor winter and summer activities, starting with a simple picturesque walk along the river bank, accompanied by one of our Irish Setter family members or a sleigh ride with one of our two horses. Take advantage of our exercise room or visit some local places of interest such as National Parks, beaches, the Acadian Village - and many more.
Fly fishing lessons are provided by our Endorsed Orvis Instructor, Curt Hill, from Pennsylvania. Curt will teach you all the basics of casting a fly to the elusive salmon, and our professional guides will help you land your first one!
You can expect a day's drive from most New England States, or if you fly commercially, we will pick you up at the airport for your drive back here to 'your holiday lodge'.
Grouse and Woodcock shooting is also available at the Miramichi Inn, and classic "Cast & Blast" can also be arranged in the fall, while Atlantic Salmon fishing and Black Bear hunting runs from May 15th to June 20th.
