FLA May 2/6, 2005 Hi Andre, Just a quick note to let you know how satisfied I was with my visit to the Miramichi. The fishing exceeded all my expectations and was by far the best fishing experience I've had. The accommodations were superb, as were the meals and the company. It was a real pleasure to meet Bruce and Bernard. Both are great conversationalists and real gentlemen. When I come back next year, I hope that our trips can be coordinated to coincide at the same time. Again, thank you for a great visit and be sure to give my best to Sue, Marty, Guy, and the rest of the gang. Look forward to seeing you next year. We Had: 116 point & flushes in 3 days, a magnificent chef for all meals, beautiful well trained Irish Setters ( a great many I might add), 2 guides that knew every great covert in New Brunswick, a room with a balcony that overlooked a scene that would take your breath away, that is in a lodge that is just picture perfect, and we hesitated with a deposit. I can’t believe we did that!!!!!!!!!! There can be no greater place to hunt Grouse and woodcock than the “Miramichi Inn”. What could be improved upon? Nothing. If you can book us now we are in! I just wanted to let you know in print what a wonderful time I had with all of you. It was my 11th trip, 10 for "Bears"... This years "Bear" was not the biggest at 240 lbs., but it had a perfect Miramichi coat, and the BIGGEST feet I have ever seen (that's about 40 bears over the years). The food, service, accommodations, desserts, guides, dogs, tree stands, baits and overall ambiance were fabulous and unrivaled. I feel like a friend who has come for a visit. Hope to make it next year, the following for sure! Thanks for the memories and I got some wonderful pictures that I'll bring next time.
